Nice predictions.
I think that the Piranhas will put up more of a fight then getting swept though.
All others I agree on.

Let me throw another angle out there. This one has to do with money. I use the basic assumption that everyone trains 5 skaters every game. The ability to train at +2 depends on financial resources. so to make two players of the same age come out to the same talent one gets +2 while the other gets +1 training for a difference of $2vd per point. When valuing 2 draft picks, say lotto vs 12th, if we decide that the lotto is worth 40 points more than the 12th this formula would make the lotto worth $80vd more than the 12th pick. granted the "catch up" would'nt happen until age 24yr to 27yr depending on the training program etc. if the difference was made up in their minor league years(18yr to 21yr) the cost would be a little higher, as minor leaguers average 50 points a season and we project an untrained major leaguer gets 44 points per season. Of course if the lotto pick was trained at +2 through the age of 27yr the 12th pick would never catch up, but that is an extreme example.

I have very little time so I'll point out some blunt facts out of the top of my head. Sorry I don't have time to look up the stats. Last season I traded a lotto R1 for a similar player in Roux(from Copperheads)(Currently 30yr/732) this might be a factor in your offer. But I also sent my R2 and a minor leaguer. This part might have been overlooked in the offer sent to you. Of course this is only if they are trying to compare there offer to mine last season.
On your formula I agree with all but there is one intangable. The training of a 12th overall pick to match the value of a lotto pick will take away from the training of another player, so the additional 40 points in comparison comes at no cost to ones training plans. What is that worth? I have no idea how to put a number on it but I do see value there.
That's my 2 cents worth, BK

Of course you say that you're on the receiving side of a VERY lopsided trade. This trade must be overturned.

Huricane will give this amount to BOSSPLAYAZ:V$13,000.00
Huricane give the following players:
Pos Name N/A? Age Hand Check Tough Exp. Talent
D Zdeno Chara Traded 32 70 221 91 30 412
Draft Pick #1Slame Traded 20
BOSSPLAYAZ give the following players:
Pos Name N/A? Age Hand Check Tough Exp. Talent
Draft Pick #2BOSSPLAYAZ Traded
D K O Traded 26 54 182 67 22 325
I see the 2 defenders as even(and neither is worth much). In the ranking of 26 year olds KO stands tied for 25th/26th of 31 players age 26 in the Jr Rumble.
This leaves the Slame R1 and $13k for Boss R2.
What do the rest of you think? (expecially Hurricanes)
I protested this trade.
