It seems to me the more fatigued the other goalie is the more chance of him making "Incredable saves"...this makes no scense. Is this just my imagination or what??

No, fatigue doesn't make goalies better, risk of injuries is much higher in this case. Young goaltender are able to play with an higher fatigue level.

I acquired a 31 yr-old goaltender from free agency. When I have him to play just one game, his fatigue levels jumped up by five to six points. I was told it depends how many shots he has to stop.
