I have noticed that at least 1 player I am training isn't gaining talent points...I trained defender Jorgen Jenson for 2 handling points (he was at 99) and he is still the same....did it not take effect??...this isn't the first time I thought that this happened with this player....maybe others

How old is your player ? How much fatigue ? If he is 30 years or older or if his fatigue is over 15 (not sure about the exact number), he may not gain the training points...

Starting at 14 of fatigue, it is not sure that the player will get its training points. At 16 of fatigue, a player is too tired to improve during training.

He is 22...but fatigue is high....guess thats the problem....well that 6 grand wasted...would have been nice ti know that before
